Shipping Policy


We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days and you will receive an email advising you of dispatch.


All orders are subject to stock availability and are usually delivered on a 3-5 day standard delivery service. If there is a large delay in delivery (10-14 days) we will notify you immediately.

Standard delivery is Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm, There will be an extra charge for a Saturday delivery. Please contact the office by email or telephone to arrange a Saturday delivery. Standard delivery is to the Mainland UK only. Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands will result in an extra delivery charge.

Please make sure you have the correct address listed. We are not responsible for packages mailed to an incorrect address.

We will only ship to the registered address for your payment card.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery charges are based on weight and start at £1.85.  You will be able to view your shipping costs in your cart before placing your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Personalised or specially ordered items

Personalised or specially ordered items may take up to 20 working days but you will be notified of this timeframe by email before confirming your order giving you the chance to cancel if required. However once this timeframe is accepted by you the order cannot be cancelled.

Please ensure you check all spelling on personalised items and contact details prior to submitting your order.  If you need an item more urgently please contact us using the details on our contact us page to discuss, as we can sometimes cater for this.

Return of Goods

Please see clause 11 of our Terms and Conditions which state the terms for returning items.

Returns should be sent to our Registered Address: 1 Princes Way, Detling, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3LB

All items are returned at the your expense unless we agree to pay the costs. Items must be returned unused. If the value of the Goods is reduced as a result of your handling of them beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics or functioning of the Goods, we will be entitled to claim this reduction in value from you and to deduct it from any money which you have paid us.

No refund will be given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to you nor refunded to you. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

None of this affects your Statutory Rights.
